Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (100 ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Delivery is free if the delivery address is in Rockdale, Newton, Henry, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Butts and Morgan County. Outside of these counties is $1.50 per mile.

Accidental waivers are not required but Highly recommended. In the event of damaged equipment while in your care, you will be covered under the Damage Waiver. If intentional damage is done to the units, ie: Detonating fireworks on or in the units, removing the unit from its location and placing it in a dangerous location, painting, defacing the unit, etc, will not be covered under the damage waiver.

The price you see per day is for the entire day. We generally will pick up the bounce house the next day. Equipment that requires our staff to be present is generally a minimum of 2 hours and to be determined by the renter ie: Train, Rock Wall, Zip Line.

The deposit is $1.00 regardless of the total amount of the rented items. This ensures you will reserve the equipment for the date of your event. A deposit is needed because it allows us to know who is serious about renting the items and who is still shopping around. We receive dozens of request per week, a deposit shows who is wanting the equipment. There are various reasons for only asking $1.00 for a deposit. We will be happy to explain if you need us to. 

Because we have so many request for our rental equipment, we mandate a deposit to remove our units out of our inventory for that particular date and time. So by canceling last minute, we lose out on being able to rent this item for this date, Therefore, the 5% deposit is non refundable if canceled sooner than 48 hours prior to the event date.

If your event is postponed due to rain or bad weather, we will hold your deposit for 4 months that can be applied to your new date. You may move your event date at no cost to you as long as the equipment is available on your new date and time. 

We need someone present during set up so we can ensure we have set the equipment in the right place. Also we need someone over 18 years of age that can handle the safety instructions as well as the waiver form. We have brief instructions after set up to ensure everyone’s safety while using the equipment. 

TO SAVE TIME PLEASE LOCATE THE POWER OUTLETS THAT WILL BE NEEDED FOR THE BOUNCE HOUSE BLOWERS. MOST NEED JUST ONE OUTLET. PLEASE VERIFY THE OUTLET WORKS. (If the outlet does not work, most of the time it is just a tripped breaker that can easily be reset)

We do provide 100 ft extension cords for all bounce houses. For the water slides, we provide a 100 ft water hose.
